How we work

Appine is an engineering partner, not a staffing channel. We are hired when something has to work in production and somebody has to be accountable for it.

Registered in Dubai as APPINE L.L.C-FZ, working with teams across Europe and the Gulf, with data staying in your region or inside your own cloud account.

Fixed scope, signed.
You approve a written statement of work before we start, and we are bound to deliver it. No open-ended hourly meter.
Senior engineers only.
The people who scope your work are the people who do it. Nothing is handed down to a bench.
You own everything at the end.
Code, infrastructure, documentation and runbooks. No proprietary layer you have to keep paying us for.
We'll tell you when the answer is no.
If AI is the wrong tool for your problem, or the work does not need us, that goes in the report.

What does Appine do?

Appine is an engineering partner that helps teams get real delivery gains out of AI. The AI work runs in three kinds: transforming how existing engineering teams build, modernizing legacy systems and rescuing AI-built products, and designing, shipping and operating AI products end to end. We also build and run the engineering underneath it — native and cross-platform mobile, cloud-native backend, and platform and DevOps on AWS and GCP.

Where is Appine based, and where is our data stored?

Appine is registered in Dubai as APPINE L.L.C-FZ and works with teams across Europe and the Gulf. Your data stays in your own region — the EU, the UAE, or inside your own cloud account — under GDPR and UAE PDPL, with ISO 27001 practices.

How do you price engagements?

Three ways: a fixed-fee two-week assessment, fixed-scope projects against a signed statement of work, or an embedded monthly team you can cancel with notice. There is no open-ended hourly meter on any of them.

How do we start?

With the two-week fixed-fee assessment. It ends in an explicit recommendation — keep, harden, rebuild, or do nothing — and you are free to take that recommendation to anyone, including a competitor.
